Afonso Vicente, bacharel em degredos e vigário geral na Sé de Viseu, em que manda que Afonso Vasques, escudeiro, e mulher Violante Vasques entreguem ao Cabido de Viseu um pedaço de chão da Arroteia e árvores de que se tinham apropriado e que pertenciam àquele Cabido à morte de Margarida Lourenço por testamento que fizera Gomes Lourenço, criado [de Lourenço Anes] e filho de Margarida Anes.- Feita na "clasta" nova da Sé de Viseu.- Assinatura: Alffonsus bachalarius.- Nt.: [Fernão Gonçalves].
